By submitting any content to Plate Pic, including but not limited to photographs, images, reviews, ratings, and comments ("User Content"), you agree that such content becomes the property of PlatePic.co.uk and Digital Kingston Limited.

Specifically, you grant Digital Kingston Limited:

• A perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content
• The right to sub-license these rights to third parties
• The right to use your User Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
• The right to create derivative works from your User Content

5. User-Generated Content

When submitting content to Plate Pic, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the content or have the necessary rights to submit it
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• The content is accurate and truthful (particularly for reviews and ratings)
• Photos submitted are genuine photographs of food you have personally consumed
